Privacy Policy
What we collect from Cobras families, why we collect it and how it is protected.
Information we collect
- Player name, date of birth, age group and squad preference submitted through our registration form.
- Parent or guardian name, email address and phone number so we can contact you about training, matches and billing.
- Messages you send through our contact or sponsorship forms, and messages posted in club or team chat by account holders.
How we use it
- To place players in the correct age group, communicate schedules and manage club dues.
- To respond to enquiries and sponsorship requests.
- To keep club and team chat safe and moderated by coaching staff.
Children's information
- All of our players are minors, so player details are only ever submitted by a parent or guardian. Player accounts are not created for children; chat accounts are for parents, coaches and club staff.
- We never sell player or family information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
- We share only what is required with our league (NTSSA) and tournament organisers for player registration and eligibility.
- Payment details are handled by our payment provider — the club never stores full card numbers.
Photos and video
- We photograph training and matches for club media. If you prefer your child not to appear in club photos, email us and we will record an opt-out on their record.
Your choices
- You can ask us to review, correct or delete your family's information at any time.
- You can unsubscribe from club emails using the link in any message.
