Club Terms & Policies
The agreement every Cobras family accepts at registration.
Membership and fees
- Registration is $100 per player per year and is due when a place is accepted.
- Training tuition is $50 per player per month for the duration of the season.
- League registration and tournament entry fees are billed separately, as is the team kit.
Refunds
- The annual registration fee is refundable within 14 days of payment if the player has not yet trained.
- Monthly tuition is not pro-rated for missed sessions; cancel with 30 days' written notice to stop future billing.
- League and tournament fees are non-refundable once submitted to the organiser.
Attendance
- Players are expected at all scheduled sessions and matches. Let your coach know in advance of any absence.
- Selection and playing time are decided by coaching staff based on attendance, attitude and development needs.
Code of conduct
- Players: respect teammates, opponents, officials and facilities.
- Parents: support positively from the touchline and leave coaching to the coaches.
- Abuse of players, staff, referees or other families results in removal from the club without refund.
Safety and medical
- A parent or guardian must provide emergency contact and medical information before a player's first session.
- By registering you authorise club staff to seek emergency medical treatment if you cannot be reached.
- Players must not train with an unresolved concussion or injury without written clearance.
Team chat and accounts
- Chat accounts are for parents, guardians, coaches and club staff only.
- Keep chat about club business. Harassment, spam or sharing another family's private information leads to removal.
- Coaches and administrators may remove messages and revoke access at any time.
Weather and cancellations
- Sessions may be cancelled for lightning, extreme heat or unplayable fields. Cancellations are posted in team chat and on the schedule page.
- Cancelled sessions are rescheduled where field availability allows; no refunds are issued for weather cancellations.
